TERMS & POLICIES

You will recieve an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at www.fedex.com or www.usps.com

All packages are
signature required.

We will
accept orders until 10 AM EST on any given business day. FedEx
or USPS Shipping on bracelets, earrings, pendants and necklaces generally arrives within 3 to 7 business days.

For Security reasons, PegasusJewelry.com ships to street addresses only, and
not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

All
orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

Most orders ship out from PegasusJewelry.com within 3-4 business days.
Then it takes 3 additional days by FedEx Express Saver or USPS to reach you.

In the event your order cannot be shipped
you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days.

The following items will not arrive within 1 business day:
Rings, watches and Designer or Specialty Items.

Saturday deliveries are not Offered. Watches cannot be shipped to CANADA.

Pegasus Jewelry.com offers you free shipping when your total order exceeds $250, and not just any free shipping, but shipping by FedEx Express Saver service, the foremost name in the business.
Each shipment will be insured at no additional cost to you.Please note the free shipping option applies to orders placed within the US only.

For orders $250
and under, there will be a shipping, insurance and handling charge of $5.95. All orders will be shipped pending credit approval.

ORDER CANCELATION

If you'd like to cancel or change a Pegasus Jewelry.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your Pegasus Jewelry.com order number or call

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Pegasus Jewelry.com according to our 30 day money back return policy.

Pegasus Jewelry.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 10 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied for some reasons, return it for a refund of the purchase price with deduction of 20% of the price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.

To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:

1. Please return with the original shipping document and enclose it with your purchase (in the original packaging).

2. If you do not have your original shipping document, please print and complete the return purchase form found at Pegasus Jewelry.com. If you are unable to print this form, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number.
3. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase with deduction of 20% of the price. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded.  If shipping charge was not assessed for any reason, it will be deducted when we process a refund to recoup shipping costs. If items are not returned in their original packaging, undamaged, we will charge $3.50 per piece that doesn't contain the original packaging. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
